How long has De Lacey Fine Art been trading?

De Lacey Fine Art was set up in early 2000 and we opened the doors to our Gallery in late 2000 at the Albert Dock in Liverpool.

Is the Postage and Packing free?

We are very careful in the way we package all our items, we changed from glass in the frames to Perspex a few years ago due to breakages in transit with delivery companies.  We now pack the paintings and prints in a combination of hard and soft wrappings which give protection from crush and impact damages.  And yes the delivery service we provide is not in addition to the amount you pay for the item you want.  It is completely free of charge.

When can I expect my purchase to arrive?

Depending on the nature of your order you will be given a delivery date on confirmation, we usually aim to have the item with you within 24-48 hours.  The only reason this may take longer is if we have to frame or re-frame the work or if the order takes place on a Friday evening in which case the parcel would arrive on the following Tuesday.

Is your online payment system secure?

Do your paintings all come framed?

All of our works come framed and ready to hang at no extra cost to you.  We have our own in house framing service which we have run for 8 years now and all our works are framed to conservation standards, with acid free mounts, backing boards and the highest quality materials.
